What Is The Best Fat Burning Solution

Hi Everyone,

Many fitness experts tout water as being the best fat burner. This is because water has been proven as having a dramatic effect on whether or not one is able to burn body fat and maintain their bodies in this way, or instead retain body fat. The importance of water to the proper functioning of body processes cannot be understated. For one, about 65-70% of the human body is composed of water. Yet even as we all know it's importance, many people do not drink enough of this life sustaining substance. Water is more important to our bodies than food, because the body is able to survive longer without food than it is without water.

For those trying to get in shape, water is the best fat burner. This is because it works effectively in helping you to maintain a leaner body, while also preventing you from snacking on unhealthy sugary foods and soft drinks. This is because in most cases, when you feel hungry, you are actually simply suffering from dehydration which is easily fixed with a tall glass of water.

All in all, water is the best fat burner because without it, your goals of getting in shape will not succeed. By preventing dehydration, water enables you to keep up your energy levels. This
is because in the event of dehydration, the body interprets this condition as being in a state of shock and is therefore unable to burn fat.

As a result, the body will shift focus on getting water, and will cease all other activities such as burning body fat to release energy.

One tip to effectively use the best fat burner is to drink all your water in ice cold form, which will enable you to effectively burn more calories. This is because apart from tasting better cold, your body will be forced to burn at least a calorie during the process of warming up an ounce of ice cold water to your present body temperature.

Ensure that you maintain an intake of at least 100 ounces of water each day, which will enable you to burn an extra 100 calories and excess fat.

For a little flavour, add a slice of lemon to your cold water, which will also work in cleansing your liver. This is important because in order to burn fat fast, you need properly working organs, and a properly hydrated liver will operate well and also allow the liver to metabolize stored fat into energy.

Window cleaning chemical injected into fast food hamburger meat

Hi Everyone,
Remember you heard this shocking news here first from TC4Women.com.

Oh my god what the hell is our trusted food industry going to poison us with next. Now most of us already believe that those fast food hamburgers from Macky D's were unhealthy for you and our kids, but I bet you didn't know just how unhealthily they are made...When you read this article, about some ground breaking news, you'll probably puke all the way to the bathroom. No wonder our kids feel slightly queasy after eating at those fast food joints. It's not the first time these fast food chains have come under investigation by the press over the way they prepare your hamburgers, which are notoriously to blame for most of the food poisoning outbreaks in the US. Consumers are simply being blinded by government departments because the cost of this ammonia treated meat product is far less than other similar products by other manufacturing methods. We have to accept that this stuff will continue to be given to our children, simply because it is cheaper for the USDA to buy. OK so it saves the taxpayers money, but at what cost? Eventually it may be found that we are deliberately allowing for the toxification of our children's food supplies and causing countless long-term damage and problems simply to save a buck. Remember the company that produces this ammonia treated ground beef additive is making millions of dollars a year from this product which initially had no value at all except for the use in animal feeds. Effectively it wasn't deemed good enough even for animals, yet we continue to allow government departments to feed our children with it...Please do read on

Window cleaning chemical injected into fast food hamburger meat
by Mike Adams the Health Ranger

(NaturalNews) If you're in the beef business, what do you do with all the extra cow parts and trimmings that have traditionally been sold off for use in pet food? You scrape them together into a pink mass, inject them with a chemical to kill the e.coli, and sell them to fast food restaurants to make into hamburgers.

That's what's been happening all across the USA with beef sold to McDonald's, Burger King, school lunches and other fast food restaurants, according to a New York Times article. The beef is injected with ammonia, a chemical commonly used in glass cleaning and window cleaning products.

This is all fine with the USDA, which endorses the procedure as a way to make the hamburger beef "safe" enough to eat. Ammonia kills e.coli, you see, and the USDA doesn't seem to be concerned with the fact that people are eating ammonia in their hamburgers.

This ammonia-injected beef comes from a company called Beef Products, Inc. As NYT reports, the federal school lunch program used a whopping 5.5 million pounds of ammonia-injected beef trimmings from this company in 2008. This company reportedly developed the idea of using ammonia to sterilize beef before selling it for human consumption.

Aside from the fact that there's ammonia in the hamburger meat, there's another problem with this company's products: The ammonia doesn't always kill the pathogens. Both e.coli and salmonella have been found contaminating the cow-derived products sold by this company.

This came as a shock to the USDA, which had actually exempted the company's products from pathogen testing and product recalls. Why was it exempted? Because the ammonia injection process was deemed so effective that the meat products were thought to be safe beyond any question.

What else is in there?

As the NYT reports, "The company says its processed beef, a mashlike substance frozen into blocks or chips, is used in a majority of the hamburger sold nationwide. But it has remained little known outside industry and government circles. Federal officials agreed to the company's request that the ammonia be classified as a 'processing agent' and not an ingredient that would be listed on labels."

Fascinating. So you can inject a beef product with a chemical found in glass cleaning products and simply call it a "processing agent" -- with the full permission and approval of the USDA, no less! Does anyone doubt any longer how deeply embedded the USDA is with the beef industry?

Apparently, this practice of injecting fast food beef with ammonia has been a well-kept secret for years. I never knew this was going on, and this news appears to be new information to virtually everyone. The real shocker is that "a majority" of fast food restaurants use this ammonia-injected cow-derived product in their hamburger meat. It sort of makes you wonder: What else is in there that we don't know about?

"School lunch officials and other customers complained about the taste and smell of the beef," says the NYT. No wonder. It's been pumped full of chemicals.

There are already a thousand reasons not to eat fast food. Make this reason number 1,001. Ammonia. It's not supposed to be there.

You can get the same effect by opening a can of dog food made with beef byproducts, spraying it with ammonia, and swallowing it. That is essentially what you're eating when you order a fast food burger.

Caught Up In A Cycle Of Fat Loss & Fitness Confusion?

Hi Everyone,
Today I ask are you "Caught Up In A Cycle Of Fat Loss & Fitness Confusion?" As a member of a popular fitness centre for a few years, I noticed countless others frustrated with their fat burning exercise routines and eating practices, working so hard and long but with virtually no improvement to show for it. Several of my own friends and relatives would mention this new program or product they had just shelled out cash for that was the answer to their fat loss or fitness goals.  They were so excited about it and couldn't wait to get started.

Then, a few weeks later, the same happy-go-lucky people that were once jumping with joy about their new plan to burn fat and get a new body became downright discouraged.  It was hard to watch.

I'd ask them how their fat burning plan was working and they'd tell me that it seemed pretty good at first, but they didn't get the results they were expecting or they felt were promised.  They quickly became tired of following the daily workouts and found following the strict eating guidelines almost maddening at times. So they hopped onto the next plan.

Even worse, they became so frustrated with following these so-called exercise gurus' programs, that they fell even deeper into unhealthy eating habits once they stopped the program.  Binging became their only form of satisfaction.  Forget about maximum fat burning, and talk about moving in the wrong direction.

What's worse is that all of these people were following the typically recommended exercise and fad diets that were all the rage.  They were doing what everyone else was doing to burn fat
fast.

After speaking with many of these friends and inquiring about their exercise routines, I noticed one common theme that kept popping up in our discussions...they were focused on the short term...their approach was wrong.  They weren't thinking of lifelong health and fitness, but instead they were thinking about burning fat and getting in shape for "swimsuit season".

More specifically, they were also performing their exercise in a less than optimal manner.  And then I noticed this with many others at the fitness centre I worked out in.  They just seemed to lack the fire or intensity in their fat burning workouts which I knew could turn their programs from nothing to something literally overnight.

But you know, you can hardly blame them, and you certainly shouldn't blame yourself if you've fallen into the cycle of fad exercise and diet programs.   We all want to achieve what we know in our hearts we're capable of so badly, and that's why we're such easy prey to this "get fit quick" mentality.

Most people are approaching health and fitness in the exact opposite way that they should be, and they're not going to burn fat because of it.  If you continually think of using exercise and
nutrition as ways to lose a couple of pounds, or get in shape for summer, you're going to be disappointed with your results.

If you think of exercise, nutrition, and rest as separate things, you're going to be disappointed with your fat burning and fitness results.  If you think you need to spend hours a week in the gym or adhere to some strange unnatural eating strategy, you're going to be disappointed with your results.

What all of these approaches will do, is put you into the fat burning and fitness cycle of confusion that so many are stuck in these days.  If instead, you choose to forget what you thought you knew, and start off with the right approach, the approach that focuses on making changes in your lifestyle long term, you'll instantly improve your results by 1000%.

When your approach includes combining proper exercise that takes very little of your time, nutrition the way nature intended you to eat that is simple to understand and follow, and the rest and recovery that is vital to lifelong vitality and energy,  you'll experience an awakening of both body and mind.  Plus you'll burn more fat, too.

If you choose the path most often taken by those looking to improve upon them selves, you'll most likely end up like most of them. Confused, frustrated, unhappy, burnt out, injured, sick, or worse. Did I mention very unhappy with their fat burning progress as well?

Instead, you can choose to embrace a lifestyle that includes brief, progressive, and intense resistance training, eating a diet full of nutrient rich foods, drinking tons of water, and getting plenty of quality sleep and rest.  But know that when you do so, you'll be joining the select few who understand that one of the true secrets to life long fat burning and fitness is not found on a fad diet or in a bottle on the shelf of your local health store.

Family Meal Planning

Hi Everyone,
Today's guest article is all about meal planning, and how these basic techniques will help your families mealtime budget during 2010 and beyond. How many of you actually take the time to really plan your meals out in advance? Start 2010 by following these simple guidelines, and end up saving money too.....

Family Meal Planning
by Aurelia Williams

Family meal planning is a life saver for most families. Just imagine creating an easy meal plan and knowing what you are going to be serving up for meals each day of the week? You will save time, money and your sanity.

Family meal planning is a wonderful technique that you can utilize and modify to fit your families needs. The idea behind this is simple. The principle of family meal planning is set up so that you cook and or prepare your meals ahead of time and then preserve them by either freezing or refrigerating them. Also, with family meal planning you can cook one large meal and get 2-3 other meals out of it!

The key here is to make every meal you cook count! When you are going to prepare a family favorite, double, triple, even quadruple the recipe if it will keep in the freezer.

Sounds wonderful doesn't it? Why not give yourself a much-needed break-cook ahead today so you can relax tomorrow!

The first step in family meal planning is always the most challenging. To make it less challenging I suggest that you grab the following supplies: pen, paper, your personal recipe collection or your favorite cookbook and a comfortable chair.

Start by writing down a list of your favorite meals and plan on preparing a grocery list that will coincide with your list. Now, since we are talking bulk cooking here-if you normally would serve up one pot of spaghetti, plan to serve 2 (that would mean that you will have to double the recipe, so be sure to alter your shopping list accordingly). It will take the same amount of time to cook-just a little extra planning is needed.

Next you can use a blank calendar and simply write the meals down on the day you will serve them. I personally post my meal plan up on my refrigerator for the entire house to see. This also helps to prompt me for the next day of meals that will be served.

The most important tool in meal planning and bulk cooking is your freezer. If you have a small freezer, don't fret; you can fit many meals in that small freezer space-it will just call for a little more creativity on your part. With the use of freezer bags, that you can stack flat and the use of some freezer proof containers you will be surprised at how many meals your freezer can hold.

Here are a few essential and widely used meal planning techniques and tips:

Multi-recipes: Using this strategy requires you to cook many main course meals in one day. For instance, on a Sunday morning you could prepare a roast in your crock pot, some spaghetti on top of the stove, a baked chicken in the oven and perhaps a nice salad. You also could quarter and boil some potatoes, cook some rice and some veggies (either fresh or canned). What you now have is 5 different meals that you can use throughout the entire week. You can eat one of the meals that very evening and you could freeze or refrigerate the rest. This technique works very well for some people and it provides a wide variety of dishes that you can use. I personally use this technique from time to time. I usually do my multi-recipe cooking on a Sunday and it can take up to 5 hrs to complete but what you are left with is 2 weeks worth of food that you can enjoy. And notice that the meals that I use in my multi-recipe list are easy to prepare.

One Cook Wonder: With this strategy you would cook one main course recipe that can be used for different meals. For instance, let's say you just baked a large turkey. You could slice some of the turkey off and serve the breast with gravy, dice some of the turkey and prepare a turkey gumbo and use the rest for either a soup or turkey salad. Mind you, you do not have to prepare all of those meals on one day. After the turkey has been cooked and cooled, you can freeze and refrigerate the turkey that you cut off the carcass and prepare your other turkey-related meals at a different time.

Quick and Easy meals: Be sure to incorporate those quick and easy meals into your planning process. If your family loves Sloppy Joes, cook up the sloppy joe meat in bulk and freeze it-then all you need to do is defrost the meat, grab some buns and viola.

What about Hamburger Helper? Why not cook 2-3 boxes of it, separate it into 3 separate large containers and freeze them. That idea alone allows you to prepare 3 meals in just 30 minutes.

Designate a meal for a particular night: Every Friday night in my house is either pizza or burger night. The idea here is to choose any night of the week and just designate a meal to go with that night. I always make sure that I have plenty of Frozen Pizza's with a variety of toppings on hand in my freezer. The same goes for those turkey burger patties (my family doesn't eat much ground beef). The idea behind this process is that you now have one night's meal already planned. You can also stock up on that meal when the products are on sale. If you see Frozen pizza's being sold in bulk, grab them up!

Love your leftovers: This is one of my favorite parts of meal planning as it allows you to use your imagination. At least every other week or so be sure to go through your refrigerator and take inventory of what you have in there. When you combine 2-3 leftovers, you may find that you have a meal right there. You can use left over pasta from spaghetti to prepare a pasta salad, leftover spaghetti sauce and just a few pieces of chicken can be a wonderful dish to top with cheese and place in the oven. Again, with a little imagination, you can make your leftovers work for you!

Use the sales paper: everyone loves a good sale and I use the sales paper to help me in my meal planning. When I see our family favorites on sale, instead of buying one, I will purchase 3-4 of the same items and simply come home and prepare the meals or freeze the food that I purchased. My family and I love chicken. When I spot whole chickens on sale I've been known to purchase up to 5-6 at a time. Keep in mind that I have a family of 6 and in my family of six; there are 3 teenagers (and you know how much they can consume). By shopping like this, I actually save hundreds and hundreds of dollars a year in food alone!

Helpful supplies

Labels/freezer bags/Freezer-proof containers: Be sure that you have all of your freezing and refrigerating needs on hand. When storing food in freezer safe containers be sure to place a label on the container with the name of the meal and the date the meal was prepared.

Crockpot: This handy appliance is my best friend in the kitchen. When using a crockpot you literally prepare the meal, place it in the crockpot, set it & forget it. It is a hands free cooking experience. I cook whole chickens in my crock pot and then slice the chicken up to freeze and use for sandwiches, enchilada's, chicken salads, chicken soup, chicken stew.. as you can see-the possibilities are endless.

Family meal planning is a money, sanity and time saver. What else could a busy mom ask for? Now, let's get cookin'!

How Long Will The Free Stuff Last?

Hi Everyone,
Today our mentor Kathleen Gage poses a poignant question about how much longer can the experts continue to give away their knowledge for nothing, and does their free stuff really have any significant value, considering the Guru's are indeed giving you this knowledge for zilch. Or is there an underlying catch to their generosity? To find out more, please read on....

How Long Will The Free Stuff Last?
by Kathleen Gage

This is a question many leading experts are asking. The answer depends on who you ask.

Lots of people have come to rely on getting free information from top experts. Yet, things may be changing.

Sure, we will still offer lots of great information at no cost, but in many ways, we are changing the model.

One of the most obvious will be for free teleseminars. This week, you will see I have several free teleseminar offerings. In the past, I would host a teleseminar and then make the recording available for an indefinite period of time.

Although I will offer the recording to those who don't make the live call for the events in this week's Monday updates, I am making them available for a limited time. Then the link comes down.

With many future events you will be able to be on the live call for no cost, but after that, either you won't be able to access the recording or there will be a charge.

You might be wondering why. Plain and simple, it is because there is only so much any of us who run online businesses can give away. Sure, you will still be able to find lots of people who are giving a great deal away (actually, I will be one of them). But you will also find that we won't give it all away.

Some people may think this is not fair. They may think that everything should be free.

I would liken this to thinking your auto mechanic, gardener, handyperson or anyone who has a specific trade shouldn't charge.

Another misconception is that an expert should be giving away the farm for the price of a $10 report. Many of the experts who make six and seven figure incomes charge hundreds, even thousands of dollars an hour for consulting time. To think that they would give email consulting or one on one time because someone buys an eBook is simply not realistic.

If you want to learn what it is really like to build a highly successful online business, then learn from those who are doing it. Hire mentors, buy their information and respect the fact that they have no intention of giving everything away. Below are experts who are willing to share some great information for free. If you want to take advantage of this, register today.

If you want to learn some of my most valuable information and do so for practically nothing, then I encourage you to become a member of my VIP Club. I can promise you this is the best information you will get for 87 cents a day.

Healthy Foods To Remember For 2010

Hi Everyone,
Now we may have mentioned these healthy foods throughout 2009, and as a healthy start to 2010 lets take another look at our list of healthy foods to get us all started. If you made those New Year resolutions to lose weight then what better way to begin the new year than to start eating healthy foods that studies have shown can help you prevent cancer, improve your heart health, live longer and even burn fat and get slim.

Stock up on these healthy foods for 2010 and check out the bonus articles below on foods that help you burn fat automatically.

Broccoli

The "King" of health vegetables. Loaded with vitamins such as B-6,A, folic acid, and K also full of  minerals like potassium and calcium. Broccoli also has unique cancer-fighting properties, activated by phytochemicals indole-3-carbinol and sulforaphane.

Flaxseeds

Combine the warm nutty flavor of flaxseeds with a generous amount of omega-3 fatty acids and you  have a health food superstar. Sprinkle them on cereal in the morning and enjoy the healthy benefits they provide as shown in many studies including:

* Lowering total cholesterol and LDL cholesterol (the Bad cholesterol) levels.
* May also help lower blood triglyceride and blood pressure.
* Keep platelets from becoming sticky therefore reducing the risk of a heart attack.
* Lignan metabolites can bind to estrogen receptors, this may help the onset of estrogen-stimulated breast cancer.

Green Tea

Many studies support the benefits of adding green tea to your diet. Some studies show it has cancer risk reducing properties, and a potential in also decreasing incidence of stroke and heart disease. Make it habit to switch from regular black tea to green tea.

Walnuts

Walnuts are rich in heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids, walnuts are the first food that the FDA allowed to make this claim "Supportive but not conclusive research shows that eating 1.5 oz of walnuts per day, as part of a low saturated fat and low cholesterol diet, and not resulting in increased caloric intake may reduce the risk of coronary heart disease."

Salmon

Salmon is another healthy food superstar because it is low in calories, saturated fat, and is also rich in omega-3 fatty acids and protein. Research studies have shown anti-inflammatory and cancer prevention properties and a key role in diabetes and Alzheimer's prevention plus cardiovascular benefits.

Blueberries

If you are looking for an antioxidant punch look no further then the blueberry. This fruit has the highest level of antioxidants among fruits. Studies have shown that blueberries can help in
lowering cholesterol, reducing diabetes risk, and even slowing down the aging process. Combine that with improving motor skills and urinary and vision health and you have another top 10 pick for 2010.

Spices

Turmeric has anti-inflammatory properties and may reduce cancer risk and slow the progression of Alzheimer's. Studies have shown that cinnamon can help lower cholesterol and also stabilize blood sugar. Ginger looks promising for cancer prevention and is anti-inflammatory.

Pomegranate

Research on pomegranate has shown amazing health benefits including reducing heart disease risk, lowering cholesterol and blood pressure, and reducing the risk of certain types of cancer.

Dark Chocolate

Believe it or not dark chocolate actually makes our top 10 list because of recent studies which show benefits to our cardiovascular system as well as cancer-protective properties and mood-enhancing benefits. Just remember to consume in moderation.

Honey

Honey has many healing properties and research has shown that honey has a role in digestive health as well anti-bacterial and anti-viral effects.

Is Obesity A Disease Or Not?

Hi Everyone,
How many extra pounds have you added to your already obese body over the past festive party season? Is your over weight due to over indulging in the wrong foods, or is it really a disease, or an addiction that's so hard to cure. Is obesity simply, the end result of years of addiction to sweet, sugary snacks, often used as comforters in times of stress.... So I ask the question "Is obesity a disease or not?"

I bet you didn't know this ...

Obesity...even being overweight... is a disease.

No, really, I'm not kidding.

At least that's what several social groups wish you to believe. "Suffers Of Obesity" is just one of those groups. Their entire stance is obesity (which, by the way, can be only 30lbs or so over your ideal bodyweight) is an actual disease, and should therefore be categorized as one. Of course fat people always claim they have something wrong with them, that's why they continue to be fat. On the other hand don't Anorexics believe they don't have a problem at all, and simply think they are fatter than they are? Quite confusing!

Well, is it?

Yes... and no.

Comedian Ricky Gervais has a hilarious go at this stance... that obesity is a disease. You sometimes have to laugh, you know?

"No... it's not a disease... it's greed. You just love to eat," or so Gervais believes.

Well, for 2010, a new decade with new ideas, I'm here to share a new idea with you:

We really need to redefine some words.

One of those words is "disease".

Case-in-point:  Wikipedia.com defines disease...

"In human beings, "disease" is often used more broadly to refer to any condition that causes pain, dysfunction, distress,  social problems, and/or death to the person afflicted, or similar problems for those in contact with the person. In this broader sense, it sometimes includes injuries, disabilities, disorders, syndromes, infections, isolated symptoms, deviant behaviours, and a typical variations of structure and function, while in other contexts and for other purposes these may be considered distinguishable categories."

Let's think about that.

If you bump your knee against a sharp object, is this a new disease called "bumpuskneeitis?"

Err... no. It's an accident. Sure, it may 'cause' a specific set of symptoms that could broadly (as in as broad as the back-side of a barn) be considered a "disease", but ... no.

It's an accident with biological consequences.

Social problems?  So, if I decide to read 17 books on why my parents suck as a teenager and develop anti-social behaviour, is this a "disease"?  NO!  This is the angst of youth combined,
perhaps, with poor parenting!  Sure, it can lead to mental issues that could be classified as "disease", but guess what?

It's totally within your control. No one force-fed the books to the teen. And no one is force-feeding you, or anyone you know.

That decision is yours and yours alone... and anyone, repeat ANYONE on the face of planet earth can change their behaviours and attitudes toward food.

Okay, some more thoughts on disease:

Let me give you a few examples of what is typically thought of as "disease"...

--- Leprosy
--- Cancer
--- Hypothyroidism

We'll just take three... there are thousands as you know.

Now, we can all agree that these three states represent true "disease". The first you could catch by accident; the second is a combination of genetics, environment, and who-knows-what-else, and the third is almost always genetic.

One, cancer, is something you 'may' be able to do something about. For example, lung cancer. 90% of lung cancer patients contract the disease from smoking.

Let's just cover these 90%, shall we?

And folks, I'm asking for an open mind here...

Is lung cancer, in the case of the 90%, REALLY a disease?

Or is it a biological consequence?

Sure, "cancer" is a disease. But what caused it in this case? Something involuntary? Hardly.

Something that could not be stopped?

No way.

The 90% caused it. Period.

Welcome to the real world.

So, I propose this:  We redefine "disease" as an abnormal biological condition that we DO NOT have direct cause or effect over.

Airborne viruses: Disease.  Obesity: NOT a disease.

And yes, lung cancer in chain smokers:  NOT a disease; it's a biological outcome. The end result should be treated as a disease, of course, but come on: Where is the responsibility folks?

Life, if you want to live it fully and without fear, is ALL about taking total responsibility. That's empowerment. Anything less is... well, LESS.

In our example, lung cancer is no more a "disease" than, say, me hitting myself over the head with a hammer every day and causing brain damage, a disease.

Brain damage (not self-induced) = disease.

Brain damage caused by self-inflicted hammer-hitting = biological consequence. In this case of sheer stupidity!

Now, one could (and many will) make the argument that I had a "mental" disease that caused me to WANT to hit myself over the head with a hammer... but... well...

At this point we need to redefine the word "disease" in my opinion. Here's why:

First, if this were the case, I could say that all criminals have a disease.

They all have a mental disease that makes them want to kill, steal... you name it.

This may in fact BE true... we do not know... but do we hold them NOT responsible if it is?

No, we do not.

And that brings us back to obesity.

Obesity and being overfat is not a disease folks... it's a biological consequence.

And, with the exception of the extremely 'rare' cases of total glandular dysfunction from birth, obesity... your bodyweight... is your responsibility.

Period. End of story.

Sorry, but that's the way the ball bounces.

Am I being mean? No. I was obese. I have a right to speak my mind about it, and trust me:  My depression (a disease... sorta... some genetic, but a lot of it was caused by eating too much
sugar) definitely aided in my obesity.

Then how come I'm not obese any more?

I found a better way to eat. I re-trained my body to crave this style of eating (and exercise) over stuffing myself with pizza and burgers every day.

So be brave. Be fearless. And be responsible.

Oh... and be sure not to catch "internetemailitis"... its a disease that causes you to want to check your email more than 10 times a day.

I have it. So be careful... may be contagious.

Then no "disease" can stop you... at least the ones that do not kill you.

So go for it... be brave, be responsible... and be lean!
